I hate to bother y'all about it but searching on google never yields results that can match what I'm looking for. So none of you know, that's fine... but I just have to ask. Ignore if you don't care or know you dont know its not life threatening read to bottom for art updates in this case

So I've been getting these chest/rib pains. For the past... 3 or 4 days? It started out one night I was trying to go to bed and I felt this intense pain like my ribs were being crushed from outside or pushed out from inside... both really. Every time my heart beat it just hurt more : / And especially if I breathed in all the way in or out. Every night since then its the same pain, only recently the pain started coming not jsut when I was going to bed. But pretty much every time I start walking around, stretching, yawning, burping, etc. And now the pain is going not only in my ribs but also into my back shoudler and neck. Sometimes when yawning the pain Im feeling goes into my throat and that hurts too, and I get headaches more often.
So yeah... I don't know what to do about it. It's not muscle pain or soreness, no its completely different... so if you know anything about what it could be, please tell me, mmkay? Much appreciated (and no Im not goingto doctor unless it gets even WORSE because I dont want to get sick from people who go there who have like flu and such)
